Another twist to the story

7 March 2006, Kuala Lumpur - With recent reports that a government linked company has been consistently inefficient and "sweeping things under the carpet", there has been major concerns on Malaysian society's lack of efficiency and productivity.

Take for example, the situation at hand.

I am delayed for over hour due to the oversight of a IT personnel that did not load in the wireless system. Back and forth back and forth, we get lead here and there - and alas, a solution arises. With unclear directions on how to use the product being marketed, how can we Malaysians improve in our job scope!

We talk about being more efficient, productive with GDP currently rocketing up to 5% growth this year, but is that merely a "catch up " growth that is so normal for a developing country?
